Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

TCF TEF Canada offers digital subscriptions granting access to online educational content (exercises, training series, simulators, courses) for TCF Canada and TEF Canada exam preparation. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, specific conditions apply to refunds.

2. Subscriptions & Pricing

We offer three monthly subscription plans:

• Bronze — $13.99 USD / month
• Silver — $28.99 USD / month
• Gold — $48.99 USD / month

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Since our subscriptions grant immediate access to digital content, refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• 14-day refund window — If you have not accessed more than 20% of your subscription content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
• Content already accessed — No refund will be issued if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, or if the request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Automatic renewals — Automatic renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Verified technical issue — If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No prorated refund is applied for remaining days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Delays may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal
• Dissatisfaction related to actual exam results
• Voluntary non-use of the service without a technical issue
• Violation of the Terms of Use
• Request made more than 14 days after purchase
